190 infographic and slide skills, applied to every page

We collected 190 rules for charts, infographics and slides from public agent-skill collections, audited all 33 pages and the admin panel against them, fixed what broke them, and measured again with the same script.

What changed — drag to compare

Each pair is the same element, same screen size, captured before and after.

Persian page — tiles

Page: /fa

English mini-labels ("KNOWLEDGE GRAPH", "PROVINCES 81") were replaced with Persian ones, the decorative bars became a real chart of the 12 provinces with the most food waste (with a caption and a screen-reader name), bar widths follow the real counts, and the shimmer on data is gone.

190 shown

  1. S001

Know the audience, goal and context

    Rule

Before drawing, write down who reads it, what they should do afterwards and where they will see it.

Brief & storyCheck: by handSource: OrRon / EpicInfographics

  2. S002

State the insight in the title

    Rule

Titles state the finding ("81% ends up in landfill"), not just the topic ("Landfill").

Brief & storyCheck: by handSource: aosoficial / agent-infographic-skill

  3. S003

    Five-second takeaway

    Met

A reader should get the main point within five seconds of seeing the graphic.

    One hero element

    Fixed

Each infographic has one dominant element; everything else supports it.

Choose the layout family from the data

    Rule

Comparison, flow, layers, overlap or ranking: pick the structure that matches the relation in the data.

Brief & storyCheck: by handSource: aosoficial / agent-infographic-skill

  8. S008

    Every visual has a job

    Give every number context

    Fixed

Pair a number with a comparison, denominator or target — e.g. 36% recycled against the 60% goal for 2035.
