Your kitchen's waste, collected by motorcycle.

Atikova invites restaurants, cafés and food businesses to sponsor separate collection in their own street. You give us the kitchen's waste — not your leftover food — in a sealed box. A motorcycle operator who works your district picks it up and takes it to the nearest composting, biogas or recycling site.

How a restaurant takes part

  1. Step 01

    Get in touch

Fill in the form below or write to us: your district, and roughly how much waste the kitchen makes a day.

  2. Step 02

    We bring a sealed box

A lidded box for kitchen waste at your service door — and, if you want, a second one for clean packaging.

  3. Step 03

You fill it with waste only

Peels, trimmings, coffee grounds, plate scrapings, spoiled stock. Food that can still be eaten stays out.

  4. Step 04

    Matched by location

Your request goes to a motorcycle operator who has declared your district in the app, and the waste goes to the nearest suitable site — compost, biogas or recycling.

  5. Step 05

    Motorcycle pickup

On demand (one pickup when the box is full) or on a round (fixed days, several kitchens in one street, cheaper per box).

  6. Step 06

    You see what it did

Every pickup is tracked in the app. Sponsors get a monthly summary of pickups, litres and kilos (estimates until weighed).

The motorcycle box

The app plans every bike at 150 litres and 40 kilograms. One 80-litre box of kitchen waste weighs about 32 kg at the app's planning density for food waste (400 kg/m³), so one box is one bike trip. A kitchen that fills more than that a day is offered a round with a second bike, or a van. These are planning estimates, not weighings.

What goes in the box

  • Vegetable and fruit peels, trimmings
  • Coffee grounds and tea leaves
  • Plate scrapings and spoiled food that can no longer be eaten
  • Eggshells, bones in small amounts
  • Clean packaging — cardboard, glass, metal, plastic — in a separate box

What stays out

  • Leftover food that can still be eaten — this is waste collection, not food donation; edible food belongs with people, not in a box
  • Used cooking oil — a licensed stream of its own; we can point you to a collector
  • Cleaning chemicals, batteries, hazardous waste
  • Mixed general rubbish

Ways to sponsor

01 / 03

Host restaurant

Put a box at your door.

Any restaurant, café, bakery or hotel kitchen in a district the app serves.

Status todayPilot stage: the collect app and the motorcycle planner work; no restaurant has signed up yet.

What you get

  • Separate pickup of kitchen waste by motorcycle
  • A monthly summary of what was collected
  • A listing on this page once you agree to it

What we ask

  • Keep the box for waste only
  • Tell us pickup times that suit the kitchen
  • Pay the fare the app shows — or have a box sponsor cover it
02 / 03

Box sponsor

Cover the boxes and pickups of a street.

A brand, supplier or larger restaurant that pays for the boxes and pickups of smaller kitchens in one street or neighbourhood.

Status todayNo box sponsors yet — the first street is open.

What you get

  • Your name on the boxes you fund
  • A report per street: kitchens, pickups, litres, kilos
  • A place on this page

What we ask

  • Fund boxes and pickups for an agreed period
  • Choose the street or district with us
03 / 03

COP31 sponsor

Show it working before Antalya.

Companies that want measurable separate collection in hospitality to show before and during COP31 (Antalya, 9–20 November 2026).

Status todayOpen. Nobody is listed as a sponsor until an agreement is signed.

What you get

  • Named in our COP31 materials
  • A case study with the real numbers from your streets

What we ask

  • Sponsor at least one district pilot
  • Share the pickup data for the case study

Nobody appears on this page as a sponsor until they have agreed to it. Litres and kilos are the app's estimates until a pickup is weighed.

Tell us about your kitchen

Your district and roughly how much waste you make a day are enough to start. We reply with the pickup options and fares for your street.

We use your details only to answer you. No newsletter, no sharing.
