Antalya 2026

Coming — not open yet

Own a piece of Atikova

We plan a share-based crowdfunding round in Türkiye, run only on a platform listed by the Capital Markets Board (SPK). This page does not offer or sell anything and collects no money. You can join a list, and we will write to you when an approved campaign opens.

  • No money collected on this page
  • Not an offer of shares
  • SPK-listed platforms only

Two ways to back Atikova

Coming

Become a shareholder

When the campaign opens, you invest on the licensed platform. Your shares are issued in a capital increase and recorded at the Central Registry (MKK).

Become a sponsor

Restaurants and companies can support collection in their district today, as a business service with an invoice. Sponsors get no shares.

How the round will work

  1. 1

    Preparation

Atikova prepares the business plan, the valuation and the information form (bilgi formu).

  2. 2

    Platform review

The investment committee of an SPK-listed platform reviews and approves the information form.

  3. 3

    Campaign

Up to 60 days on that platform. Money waits in a blocked account; if the target is not reached, it goes back to investors.

  4. 4

    Shares

After a successful campaign the shares are issued and recorded at MKK. If the round is run before a company exists, a joint-stock company (A.Ş.) must be founded within 90 days.

Today we are at step 1. No platform has been chosen and no campaign has been approved.

The rules in 2026

142.5M TL

The most a company can raise through crowdfunding in 12 months — about US$2.9 million at 49.5 TL per dollar (17 October 2026).

SPK Bülteni 2025/68 (31.12.2025)
500,000 TL

The yearly limit for a non-qualified individual investor; up to 2,000,000 TL if you declare your income (10% of yearly net income).

SPK Bülteni 2025/68 (31.12.2025)

Crowdfunding can only be one part of Atikova's financing. Larger amounts need institutional investors, climate and development funds, or a public offering with a prospectus.

No tokens, no crypto

Shares cannot be sold as blockchain tokens without SPK approval, crypto-asset services need an SPK licence, and paying with crypto is banned in Türkiye. Anyone offering you an "Atikova token" is not us.

What we may do with blockchain: publish a fingerprint (hash) of each monthly collection report, so anyone can check that impact figures were not changed later. No money moves through it.
