What this prototype is, and what it is not
Working today
- Dispatch that ranks collectors by vehicle, capacity, district and load
- Two service classes: motorcycle courier and van/truck
- A fare estimate that shows its own assumptions
- Job life: posted → accepted → collected → delivered, with an audit trail
- Its own KV namespace, separate from the research corpus
Not built — and named rather than faked
- Payments: needs a licensed provider and a marketplace agreement
- Live GPS: a driver's location is personal data; matching uses declared districts
- Identity and licence checks: Türkiye requires a waste-carrier licence for commercial collection
- Notifications, ratings, and a support desk
- KVKK compliance work before any real user data is stored
