COLLECTION PARTNERS / FLEET NETWORKS

Fleet networks that could carry the waste.

Atikova Collect sends the nearest vehicle to a pickup. Emergency-dispatch companies — tow trucks, roadside assistance, ambulances — already run that model across Türkiye. Here are eleven of them, studied as models and as possible collection partners, with what each one publishes about itself.

None of these companies is a partner of Atikova, and none has agreed to anything. Every fact below is quoted from the company's own pages on 2026-10-09 — the links are on each card — and every number is the company's own claim, not ours.

The model that was pointed at

Çekicin is the clearest example of request → nearest vehicle → live tracking → provider wallet.

info@cekicin.com.tr

Mobile platform that connects stranded drivers with the nearest tow truck: a request in a few steps, live tracking on a map, in-app chat and photo documentation. A separate provider app, Diji Alfa, gives tow operators a job queue, navigation, a wallet and invoicing. Çekicin is a brand of Alfa Asistans.

From its own pages

  • Its site claims service in all 81 provinces, 24/7, with live location tracking and in-app messaging.
  • Customer flow on its site: request type → plate (policy check) → incident → vehicle photo → service or drop-off point on the map → confirm → live tracking.
  • Provider app Diji Alfa: a five-step job (accept the call, go to the location, load, deliver, complete), built-in navigation, wallet and earnings, invoices and documents, messaging with the customer.
  • How operators join, per its FAQ: download Diji Alfa, apply for membership, join the network and receive requests in the area.
  • The latest App Store release (1.1.1, early October 2026) adds offers with counter-offer and cancel, in-app card payment (3D Secure), chat inside the offer list and a distance-limit warning for requests without a policy.
  • Scale, from the store listings on 2026-10-09: Google Play shows 100+ downloads; the App Store shows 4.8 from 6 ratings — an early-stage consumer app.

Fit for waste collection

The closest analogue to Atikova Collect: request → nearest vehicle → live tracking → provider wallet. A source of design ideas and, through Alfa Asistans, of a vehicle network. Its fleet is tow trucks and cranes, not waste trucks.

What is missing

Nothing on its pages says it is a licensed waste carrier; fleet size and prices are not stated. Alpha Assistance (alphaassistance.com.tr) shows the same phone number and identical service text under a different legal name; the link between the two is not stated on either site. Alfa Asistans is not on the Assistance Companies Association's member list.

How to join its network

Through the Diji Alfa provider app (apply for membership).

Assistance companies

Members of the Assistance Companies Association (Asistans Şirketler Derneği) that run vehicle networks for insurers and brands. They sell business-to-business, and each publishes a way for providers to reach it.

Altunizade Mah. Kısıklı Cad. No:47/6, 34662 Üsküdar / İstanbul

(0216) 400 40 00

Allianz Partners' Turkish entity, which runs roadside assistance for insurers and brands. Its providers use a dedicated app so the customer can see the tow vehicle approach.

From its own pages

  • Serves customers in Türkiye through AWP Servis Hizmetleri A.Ş. (its privacy notice); listed as a member of the Assistance Companies Association.
  • Provider app “Dijital Yol Yardım Sürücü” on Google Play: the customer learns when the tow vehicle is on its way, where it is, when it will arrive and the driver's name and phone number; photos of the vehicle handover are uploaded to the app.
  • Figures on its Turkish page are group-wide, not Türkiye-only: 75 countries and 900,000+ professionals in its network.

Fit for waste collection

A provider-app model — live tracking plus handover photos — that Collect already follows, run at insurer scale.

What is missing

Business-to-business: it sells to insurers and brands, not to the public. The pages read do not say how a new operator can apply, and nothing mentions waste.

How to join its network

Not described on the pages read.

What is missing

Business-to-business for insurers; the figures are group-wide, not Türkiye's; nothing on its pages concerns waste.

How to join its network

info@turassist.com

One of the longest-established assistance brands in Türkiye: roadside, home and health assistance for insurers, with its own supplier network and a supplier login portal.

From its own pages

  • Its history page: founded in 1996 as the Turkish affiliate of Mapfre Asistencia; joined RS Holding, an automotive group, in 2022; ISO 9001 certificate from 2010.

  • Listed as TurAssist Yardım ve Servis Ltd. Şti. on the Assistance Companies Association's member list.

Fit for waste collection

How to join its network

Use the supplier login on its site; for a first contact write to info@turassist.com.

Altunizade Mah. Ord. Prof. Fahrettin Kerim Gökay Cad. Eşref Çakmak Plaza No:32 Kat:3, 34662 Üsküdar / İstanbul

sp@eurocross.com.tr

Turkish arm of the Eurocross Assistance group. It runs both a medical network (hospitals, air and ground ambulance companies) and a roadside network (garages, towing companies, technicians) for insurers and other assistance companies.

From its own pages

  • Roadside network, in its words: “over 4000 garages, towing companies, roadside technicians, customs clearance offices, spare parts providers”, 24/7, “covering even the remotest locations of Turkey”.
  • Medical network: top hospitals, clinics, air and ground ambulance companies, pharmacies, dialysis centres, equipment suppliers; it says providers are “handpicked” and “frequently audited”.
  • Says it has managed over 500,000 cases.
  • Case queries are business-to-business only and need an agreement with its Sales and Marketing department first.

Fit for waste collection

The one entry that explicitly networks ambulances and tow companies together — the emergency-dispatch model in one organisation — and it publishes a dedicated address for providers who want to join.

What is missing

Business-to-business; every figure is its own; nothing on its pages concerns waste.

How to join its network

Roadside providers write to sp@eurocross.com.tr (Provider Relations — Technical); medical providers to medicalnetwork@eurocross.com.tr.

info@assistline.com.tr

Corporate assistance company working since 1999: a 24/7 call centre plus vehicle, damage, glass and emergency services for insurers and corporates. Its home page carries an application form for the tow, rescue and other service providers it works with.

From its own pages

  • Says it has served corporate clients since 1999, holds an ISO 9001 approach, and runs a 24/7 call centre.
  • Services: vehicle assistance (towing, rescue, replacement car), damage management, windscreen, emergency help and medical advice (ambulance, doctor, nurse).
  • Insurers shown on its home page include Ankara, Doğa, Halk, Koru, Nippon and Türkiye Sigorta.
  • Its provider form (plumbers, tow and rescue operators, car rental) asks tow operators for the number of vehicles, the number and tonnage of cranes, whether vehicles have transport insurance and a transport permit, and for K-certificates, vehicle registrations, an activity certificate and a tax plate.

Fit for waste collection

Its provider form is the clearest published example of what a fleet operator is asked for — a ready model for a collection-partner intake.

What is missing

Business-to-business for insurers and corporates; nothing on its pages concerns waste.

How to join its network

Use the “Hizmet Birimi Başvurusu” form on its home page and pick tow/rescue.

Digital tow platforms

Apps and sites where a driver requests a tow and receives offers. The closest thing to a marketplace; most are young, and their figures are unaudited.

Digital tow platform · quotes from approved firms

Çekiciler.tr

Official site cekiciler.tr

destek@cekiciler.tr

Independent towing platform: a driver sends one request and receives parallel price quotes from approved firms nearby. Free for firms; the platform adds a 5% commission to the customer's payment on a completed job.

From its own pages

  • Claims 81 provinces, 973 districts and 850+ approved firms; its own target is a first quote within five minutes.
  • Revenue model, in its words: free registration, listing and request flow for firms; a 5% platform commission added to the customer's payment on a completed job; the firm receives its full quoted price.
  • Firm panel for requests, quotes and performance analytics; it says every firm passes document approval and that ranking depends on rating, response time and distance, with no paid ranking.
  • About-page timeline: a pilot with 12 firms on Istanbul's Anatolian side (47 completed requests in the first week); 81-province coverage stated for Q4 2025; insurer integrations and fleet agreements listed as coming.

Fit for waste collection

A quote-based marketplace with a transparent 5% commission — a ready reference for pricing a collection marketplace.

What is missing

The operating company is not named on the pages read; every number is the platform's own claim.

How to join its network

Free firm registration (“Firma Olarak Katıl”); firms write to firma@cekiciler.tr.

Tow platform that also sells to businesses: a fleet or a company can open tow requests from a panel or through an API. The price, with every motorway and bridge toll itemised, is shown before the request is opened.

From its own pages

  • Says it has served since 2024 in all 81 provinces, 24/7.
  • Corporate page: panel free, you pay only for the requests you open; price shown up front with 237 toll points on 14 motorways and bridges priced from the 2026 KGM tariff (its numbers); the confirmed amount does not change afterwards.
  • If the customer cannot describe where they are, an SMS link lets them share their own location; the tow is tracked on a map and a handover photo is attached to the request.
  • A driver application link (“Sürücü Başvurusu”) sits in the site header.

Fit for waste collection

A dispatch API for fleets — the nearest thing here to plugging an operator into another platform's request flow.

What is missing

The operator's legal entity and fleet size are not stated. The footer credits “Checkmate Future Yazılım Teknoloji A.Ş.”, which is not proof of ownership.

How to join its network

“Sürücü Başvurusu” (driver application) in the site header; phone 0850 242 92 46.

Bid-based app: a driver posts a request with location and photos, nearby tow operators send price offers, the driver picks one and follows it live. It says it takes no payment and no commission.

From its own pages

  • Its user agreement: an “intermediary service provider” under Law 6563 (e-commerce); no payment is taken and no commission cut — the driver pays the operator directly; the platform provides no insurance.
  • Safety rule: an operator's profile card activates only within 700 m of the driver, and both sides verify each other's identity in the app before the service continues; the driver photographs the vehicle (3 to 5 photos).
  • Claims 81 provinces, 973 districts and 50K+ users; the Google Play listing shows 1,000+ downloads (2026-10-09), updated 12 September 2026.
  • Also offers business accounts (tyre shops, body shops, fuel and EV-charging points) and a “community” board.

Fit for waste collection

A proximity check (700 m) and mutual ID verification before handover — a safety pattern Collect could copy for doorstep pickups.

What is missing

No commission means no stated revenue model; the operating company is not named (the two app stores list different developers: Wolfers Software, and an individual).

How to join its network

Operators register in the app; service businesses can open a business account.

destek@enyakin.com

A directory of roadside-service businesses by province and district — tow, tyre, crane, mechanic — with a call-centre number and a WhatsApp flow that sends nearby tow numbers. Providers become members and receive a dedicated 0850 line for the duration of the membership.

From its own pages

  • Claims 1,000–1,200+ businesses across 81 provinces; its emergency call-centre number is 0850 303 66 66, also used for a WhatsApp flow that replies with nearby tow numbers once you share your location.
  • Its terms describe the site as an R&D project of Adanet Dijital Reklam Ajansı within the Sakarya University Technology Development Zone.
  • Providers receive a dedicated 0850 number for as long as they are members.
  • Its terms say the platform does not endorse or guarantee providers, is not a party to the service, and leaves permits and licences to the providers.

Fit for waste collection

Shows how crane (vinç) and haulage operators can be listed and reached by phone — useful for bulky and construction waste, which a motorcycle cannot carry.

What is missing

A directory and phone line, not dispatch: no live tracking or in-app job flow on the pages read. It leaves provider permits to the providers.

How to join its network

Logistics-company marketplace: a request from the app or website fans out to many firms, which answer with price offers by SMS. It also lists vehicle-transport firms and multi-vehicle carriage.

From its own pages

  • Its about page names the company and says it began as a joint venture between Kristy Uluslararası Ticaret & Taşımacılık and the İzmir software company 35inch Software Solutions.
  • Claims a tow network in 81 provinces, “not limited to big cities”, and zero commission, deposit, service fee or membership fee for firms.
  • Pages for vehicle-transport firms, multi-vehicle carriage and city-to-city vehicle transport sit beside the tow pages; the footer year is 2021.

Fit for waste collection

A logistics company's marketplace that also covers multi-vehicle and city-to-city carriage — closer to hauling than most tow apps.

What is missing

Its numbers are its own claims and the 81-province network is not itemised; the zero-commission model has no stated source of revenue.

How to join its network

Firms register through the site or app (no fees, per its pages).

What we would ask of a collection partner

Modelled on the provider form one of these companies publishes, plus the licence rules above.

  1. 01Company papers: legal name, tax plate, activity certificate, one named contact.
  2. 02Fleet: number of vehicles, load capacity, and cranes with their tonnage where relevant.
  3. 03Transport papers: the authorisation certificate for each vehicle class, registrations, and transport insurance.
  4. 04Waste licence: a waste-transport licence for the firm and each vehicle, with the MoTAT tracking device — or a role limited to what needs no licence, confirmed with the provincial directorate.
  5. 05Coverage and hours: districts served, 24-hour availability, expected response time.
  6. 06Dispatch: live location in the app, a photo at handover, and no personal data kept beyond the job.
