Join the food-waste project
Atikova collects cafés' waste — coffee grounds, tea leaves, fruit peels and kitchen scraps — separately from general rubbish, by motorcycle, and takes it to compost or bio-material makers. To make the partnership worthwhile for cafés too, we are building tools that cafés themselves need alongside it.
The core offer: coffee-grounds and kitchen-waste pickup
One or two small sealed boxes: one for coffee grounds and tea leaves, one for kitchen waste (peels, trimmings). The motorcycle operator nearest to you, matched by location, collects them, and each month you get a summary of pickups (kilos).
Good leftover cakes and food do not go in the box (see tool 4 for those). We are at pilot stage and looking for our first cafés.
Atikova
The real aim of the Atikova app is to find the model in which food businesses cooperate most on waste; after restaurants, now cafés. The tools below came out of an AI-assisted analysis of cafés' needs and are not ready yet. For each need we also link the apps that exist today.
