Join the food-waste project
Atikova collects markets' waste — spoiled vegetables, fruit and bread, and cardboard — separately from general rubbish, by motorcycle, and takes it to compost, biogas or recycling; part of an environmental project to cut Istanbul's food waste. Alongside it we are building tools that markets themselves need.
The core offer: spoiled produce and cardboard pickup
A sealed box for spoiled vegetables, fruit and bread and a separate place for clean cardboard. The motorcycle operator nearest to you, matched by location, collects them, and each month you get a summary of pickups (kilos).
Good, sellable products do not go in the box (see tool 2 for those). We are at pilot stage and looking for our first markets.
Atikova
The real aim of the Atikova app is to find the model in which food businesses cooperate most on waste; after restaurants, cafés and bakeries, now markets. The tools below are built with AI and are not ready yet. For each need we also link the apps that exist today.
