Join the food-waste project
Atikova collects restaurants' kitchen waste separately from general rubbish, by motorcycle, and takes it to compost, biogas or recycling. To make the partnership worthwhile for restaurants too, we are building tools that restaurants themselves need alongside it.
The core offer: kitchen-waste pickup
A sealed box at your service door for kitchen waste only (peels and trimmings, tea leaves, coffee grounds, plate scrapings). The motorcycle operator nearest to you, matched by location, collects it, and each month you get a summary of pickups (litres and kilos).
No edible food goes in the box. We are at pilot stage and looking for our first kitchens.
Atikova
The real aim of the Atikova app is to find the model in which restaurants cooperate most on waste. The tools below are built with AI and are not ready yet; we are testing which ones restaurants actually find useful. For each need we also link the apps that exist today.
